May 7, 2008My Aunt had her surgery today, and she came through it very well.
I just thought i'd give an update on my Aunt Kathy, who had back surgery today. She came through it very well, according to the surgeon, and the damage wasn't as bad as he had feared. They still had to do a lot of work though, and there had been damage done to the nerves.
But they think they were able to relieve the major pressure points that were causing her so much pain, but it will be 6 weeks before they'll be able to tell if there is any improvement.
Thank you so much to everyone that has kept her in their thoughts and prayers. I told her and my Uncle and my 2 cousins about the wonderful friends i have made on here and the fact that you guys were thinking of them. They wanted me to personally thank all of you so very much!!!! They were extremely touched by your concern!!!
